J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Grove City, OH)
Entretien
Typical STAR questions with an option at the end to ask questions, plain and simple. Nothing to sweat if you know what you're talking about. I was asked to come back and speak with someone for another 30 minute one on one prior to receiving an offer.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Bentonville, AR) en sept. 2018

From application to offer, the entire process took roughly a month. Once Walmart's hiring team reached out, though, they were very quick about their business. I was called by one of their talent acquisition employees, and scheduled an interview for the same day. I met with her, and 2 other upper management employees. I was asked 4 behavioral questions, and I didn't know this going in, but they prefer you use the STAR method when answering questions. I guess I answer questions like that anyways, but just FYI. The interview itself wasn't very long, lasting only 15-20 minutes, but they were all very friendly and asked a few personal questions at the end. After 2 days, I was offered the position.

Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult employee. What did you do? What was difficult about the employee?
Describe a time you changed a process at your job that had an impact on the process itself (i dont remember this question exactly, but my answer should give you an idea of what they asked)
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Grove City, OH) en avr. 2018

They called to set up an in-person, in-house, interview. A panel of 3 managers interviewed me. They seemed like they were happy with my interview AND they paid me my hourly wage (as an already existing Walmart associate) during the time that I spent interviewing. HOWEVER, they notified me of my rejection; stating that I didn’t utilize the STAR technique/method of interviewing. ALSO, I discovered that the person who got the job over me was some girl with a Bachelors in physical therapy from BGSU. Yet, I have a Bachelors in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, specializing in operations and logistics. Not to mention that I had been a Walmart employee more than twice as long as the candidate who got the job offer. ON TOP OF THAT, I later found out that they had 7 of these positions available within our facility, yet they couldn’t afford me not one of those positions.
