impersonal computer questionaire that asked repetitive stupid questions.i didn't even get to finish applying the computer kept gliching out . surprised i even got the call back.met with front end csm who asked questions and gave a few scenarios on what i would do in certain situations .

made up situations asked what would you do, offered rate of pay asked if i accept position.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
