I first went through a technical phone interview which was scheduled by a recruiter. After 2-3 weeks I got an offer to attend an onsite interview at Walmart ISD in Bentonville, AR. The travel cost and accommodation was completely taken care by Walmart. Interview was conducted in two parts. First part was a technical interview with questions from C# and SQL. They were pretty much the same questions that were asked in the phone interview. The next part was the longest which was with the hiring manager. The questions were completely on the personal side and lasted for an hour. I thought I answered all of their questions confidently and to the best of my knowledge, but I did not hear back from them after my interview.
