Applied online and was called in for an interview. Easy common sense questions. Was asked to roleplay selling the Walmart Rewards MasterCard to the manager after given five minutes to memorize some facts.
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.

Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
