I received a phone call from a recruiter who gave me a short unexpected behavior interview. At the end of the conversation I was offered to accept an face-to-face interview for the following week. The interview was a panel interview with 2 hr managers. They took turns asking 6 behavorial questions. Tell me about you? The questions were worded in a confusing way but the interview itself was not that intimidating. I received a call 2 days later telling me I didnt get the job. I didnt understand why the only thing she could tell me was that alot of people was interviewed for the position. The requirement was 1 year of supervisory experience of 2 years of college, etc. I have almost 3 years of management experience and just recently graudated with a MBA and I didnt get the position. My advice is to be organized and your answers.

Applied online, submitted resume and cover letter. I had to take a leadership assessment. Keep in mind, they are looking for how competitive you are. You will interpret data from a report and identify which tasks take priority. When presented with all, a little or not at all type questions always choose all or nothing. Choosing anything like a little bit or somewhat shows you are indecisive. Within a week I was called for an interview for the next day (Saturday). Store Manager told me about herself and asked me about myself. She then asked four questions, told me about the job and gave me a tour of the stock room. She also asked if I was willing to work at any of the stores in the market. This is important, because if you’re a good candidate they will try to place you in the right store for you. Three weeks later I received a call from the Store Manager of a different store (within the market). I went for the interview 3 days later and was given a tour of the store by an Assistant. It took a long time because I asked a lot of questions. When I came back to the office the SM asked if I had any questions. I had a list, specifically about the job, what he would expect of me within a year, why people aren’t successful and so on. We determined that outside candidates struggle because there’s a lot to learn. And you can’t be afraid to ask those around you for help. My advice: ask questions! When they identify a problem (high turnover) tell them how you have addressed it or would address it. Give examples of how you have taken on giant tasks and overcame them. My second interview was very informal, so I asked questions then demonstrated how I would be a good fit. A week later I reached out to personnel to find out my status and within hours I received a call and a job offer.

After I submitted my application,I was called approx 2 weeks later to set up an interview. I was out of town at the time but the store manager agreed to wait until the following week to interview me. During the interview I was asked a series of questions that focused on customer service as well as leadership. The interview was a formal, 1:1 interview with the store manager.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

.Customer Service: When did you go above and beyond in a customer service situation, maybe even taking the time to train a peer on your method to gain customer support.
