Entretien
It was a panel interview. I applied online and heard back in about 2 weeks from a recruiter via text (which was a first for me!) I had the first panel interview with 5 people and each asked me a series of STAR type questions - so be prepared! I heard back about 2 days after the first interview stating I was moving forward to the second interview. This was with 2 people - the GM and his boss. A more in depth interview took place using the same STAR method, but it was also more personable as well.

The interview will be you with 3 members of management interviewing you. They will have you tell them about yourself, and work history. You’ll read over the job description and then begin to be asked 4-8 questions based on your assessment.

It'll be up to 3 managers, with each manager asking you series of questions with taking turns to answer them. The questions are pretty generic and its hard to show much about yourself with what is given.

Panel style, interview with facility senior leadership. They asked fairly generic questions, you could tell they were not really use to that style of interviewing since the majority of leadership that is hired, is promoted from within. There were not looking for the STAR method but that is how I answered most of my questions.
After the initial interview I came back for a final interview where they basically told me I got the job.
