I was called by the hiring manager within a week of applying. They asked if I was available for an interview on the spot. I was asked one situational question and was offered a job.

Simple and fast. They barely asked questions about myself. They took me to the back and showed me what I would be doing and asked if I was capable of doing the work.

I was hired on the spot. There wasn't a formal interview. I was very pleased at how easy it was. There was not background check which sometimes can be alarming. They are willing to hire anyone I suppose.
