There were three interviews. With three different Managers. The first two they ask you general questions about your employment history, and how you work with others etc. The final interview consisted of random questions, where she later told me I got the job

Group interview where we were asked to roleplay various scenarios. We also interviewed individually with managers where they asked us specific questions related to customer service. The HR manager then called me a few days later with news on the job.

Was given an interview date and time to go in. Interview was in a group and they asked simple questions about hobbies and current activities, as well as some conflict management questions. Asked if there was a specific department I wanted to go into or try. I chose electronics and was accepted.
