I first had to submit my application with an attached resume. This was followed by two interviews, the first one was more behavioral based, the second one contained many more hypothetical situtations, such as the following " You are approached by an angry custumer, who is furious and demanding a refund, what measures would you take to ensure a solution."
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
