Quick and simple and gave a lot of details about the duties of being a backroom associate. Went over benefits and then asked questions of situations that may happen and how you would handle them.

They didn't seem very interested right away from the beginning but hoping to hear a call from them very soon did not seem very organized for the interview was a big concern for me

You and another guy in a room. He asks you questions and that's about it. Just answer them and you'll get the job. All they want to know is how many hours you'll be able to work plus overtime.
