You place your application online, and in most cases just call the store a few days later. Afterwards, some team leads want an in person interview, some will just do a simple call to check availability and go over what the job entails. Afterwards, you do a background check and start your job.

The interview was really easy. It was a group interview. There were three candidates including me. All the questions were related with customer service. Got an offer after 2 days.
