First you'll have an interview with the personnel manager, if you pass it you'll have an interview with a customer service or assistant manager. Sometimes they'll have you do an interview with the store manager but they didn't do that with me, then the store manager is supposed to do your job offer (he was off during my interview). The actual interview consists of your typical behavioral interview questions (i.e. describe a time when you had to compromise with your co-workers, describe a time you had to deal with someone who was very angry) you'll get a virtually identical set of questions in your first and second interviews to be honest I couldn't even note any slight differences in the questions asked in the first and second interview.
