J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart (Indianapolis, IN) en mai 2011
Entretien
I was selected through CareerBuilder for an interview. I attended a mass interview and an offer was made on the spot The 2 interviews last 30 minutes apiece, kinda of like speed dating. I was flown to Indianapolis and put up in a Hilton. The interview process lasted all day, mostly sitting around waiting to be called.

Question 1
Pretty standard technical questions. Very little in the way of personal or team based questions.

Submitted application and I have no idea how long it took for a response as I don't know which one yielded a response. I declined the job the first time around due to personal reasons, but when I was available a few months later I contacted the manager of the same team and he was very receptive to bringing me on at that point. (How many places you've applied would have done the same with someone who turned you down?)

They'll first have you go through phone interviews, if you come onsite then you'll go through a half day of in-person interviews. The in-person interviews are usually a mix a of peers and managers and they'll speak to you about both technical and interpersonal experiences. If you don't blow it and everybody likes you, you'll most likely receive an offer before you leave.
