They verify you can speak English or Spanish, pretty much if you are capable of speaking, counting to the number 20, are not disabled, are not a minority, and worship the interviewer to feed his ego of being a big powerful man, you will be hired.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
