You will have to take a virtual exam prior to being invited to a physical interview. Don't be surprised to wait for an interview as it depends on the site needs and timing. I had to wait for a year with monthly renewal of the application to maintain my interest. During the face to face interview, I was asked questions by the HR manager and the Maintenance OPS manager. There were technical questions, personnel questions, and situational questions.

Entretien
When you are initially called, you are asked to take a Ramsey Multi-craft maintenance exam. After the exam, you are then emailed and called for the working interview. During the working interview, you are asked a series of technical and non-technical questions. If you are selected, you will then receive a call for a two day orientation.
