I had the first interview with the regional hiring person over the phone. After the interview, he sent my information to the market director. The market director was on vacation at that time . About 2 weeks later, I had the interview with the market director, and she wanted me to come in her office next week. When I went in, she had the offer letter all ready.

30 Minute pre-screen call followed by interview with recruiter and district manager(s)
Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
