Short conversation with HR, followed by conversation with the line manager. Discussed experience and general get-to-know-you. Interviewer was very nice. The role ended up not being the right fit, but they didn’t ghost me.

Straightforward but never really felt like I was anything more than a set of numbers on a spreadsheet – minimal questions or human interest, and the interviewer didn't seem to know anything about my field, skillset, or scope beyond what was on the paper in front of them.
