Found the interview to be rushed. Not much attention was paid to individuals and their CV. Mixed group activities proceeded with an interview. Systematic email was sent out. No constructive feedback was provided. Not a positive environment to work in.

Very simple interview questions, just be lovely and bubbly and they will take you on I'm sure! Past experience in a retail role is definitely favoured. They asked about past experience and gave some scenarios to give answers to.
