Phone interview that was a screening process. Could have been more informative. It was somewhat a pleasant experience. Will be eager to know more about the opportunity. A decent company.
Applied on linkedin. Received a link to record a self paced video interview. Following which was invited to a teams meeting with Hiring manager. They were quite responsive and proceeding with next steps unlike several companies that ghost you after interviewing.

There was an online screening where you answer 10 video questions. I thought this was a great way to save time for everyone while allowing for more dynamic answers. My experience with this company was definitely a good one.
