personal interview through webcam asked generic questions. Why would you be a good candidate, what experience do you have, examples of difficult situations with customers or co-workers, etc. Interviewer was great and we had a good laugh during interview. Got the job.

Went in for an 1 on 1 in person interview with the manager. Interview lasted about an hour. I was advised that I would be contacted within a week with an answer. I never heard back from anyone. I called for a follow up a week later and was told I would hear back within another 2 weeks from the recruiter. Four weeks later and still hadn't heard from anyone. It seems that if an applicant is not chosen for a job offer they will be ghosted.

Received a call from recruiter saying that the company is like family. Went to the garage site and was introduced to management and was asked about my past dispatch position and my desired pay. On the way home I was offered the position. Had to clear background check which took 2 weeks and cleared drug test. Training was 2 weeks one I class last week on the dispatching floor. Afterwards I was assigned my garage sites

This place has to be a joke. I was selected to have a phone interview. I chose my time and waited on the day. NO ONE EVER CALLED. I pushed plans back for the day in hopes that maybe they were behind schedule but the next day came and I received an email saying "Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to move you forward in the hiring process." I never even interviewed. Expressed my experience to some friends and they think this company is a joke now to. I do need to thank you guys for not calling because if something as small as this happens I can only image what goes on within.

Average interview with normal behavioral interview questions, that turned weird with supervisors telling me how terrible the job was and how they thought it was the most unrewarding job they ever had.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I responded to her within an hour and didn’t receive a reply for several days. First red flag. My first interview was a short phone screening, where I was told the average salary for this role was 65-70k, fine, I can live on that to get the experience I was looking to gain. Then I had another interview with my potential boss and another leader. They hit me with very strange questions I’ve never been asked before. Last interview was with the director and it went very well. A few days later I was called by the recruiter and was told I had gotten the job. I was excited, until… she said “so your starting salary will be based on your experience and skill level (I have many years of customer service and servant leader experience), and with that being said your salary will be 61k, oh and it’s “non-negotiable”… told them I needed time to think about it. I emailed the recruiter a few days later and rejected the job because that salary was WAY off and they said it wasn’t flexible. Oh well. So that next morning at 7:30am I get a called from the recruiter saying they magically found 7k in the budget to bump me to 68k, cool. I say yes. It’s been 7 days and they have yet to send a new offer letter while leaving the old one valid (I checked). So overall, my experience with WM has not been spectacular. I felt led on. I really wanted to work for this company due to their values around sustainability. Just be ready to stand up for yourself if you interview and receive a job offer because THEY WILL LOWBALL YOU. Applied and received email for interview next day. Interviewed via telephone four days later. Interviewer seemed to be rushing the process didn’t really care about my qualifications. Interviewer had annoyed tone as if they were tired of interviewing people that day. Got an email for a second interview via teams.

Interview was just ok and I believe the manager already had another person in min when application was submitted application was down a couple days after posting. . I feel not enough info was asked of me. After several mints of applying and interviewing the company did not even tell me if I did or didn’t get the job. Only found out after the person started.

Friendly discussion-style interview with an all-white panel. Most likely not intentional but it did convey a lack of diversity within the decision making echelon. The successful candidate was indeed white and male- he announced his triumph on Linkedin.
