They are 2 people for interviewing one is department manager and 2nd is HR.
They introduce their self and after that they asked me to introduce my self and after that lots of technical and HR questions. In the end they ask me what kind of work I wanted to do in my upcoming 2 years. After my description they ask my expectations from Voith and then they describe about the task. Really they told me an interesting task more then they describe in position advertising.
Very easy. First interview with HR was great. Second interview seemed like they didn’t care too much. Very laid back. They did talk bad about some of their past interns / employees.

One telephone interview and one interview in person with the plant manager, the line manager and a human resource representative. The interview was led by the women from human resource while the line manager occasionally asked some more technical questions about my studies
