2 ladies reading company values and standard questions related to values - very impersonal, no questions related to actual Cv and candidates’ experience. Apart from that no additional questions. Luck of emotions and had a feeling someone ‘pushed’ them to do it as they were uncomfortable in this role (interviewing).

Good friendly 3 rounds of interviews. Recruiter, manager and team. first round was with the Recruitor as a fast screening the second round was with the hiring manager for more in-depth assessment of the role of my fit. The third round was with two members of the team to understand the role bit more detail and not what they did.

Good, The interview process was well-structured and engaging. It began with introductions, followed by behavioral and fit-based questions to assess cultural alignment. A technical case study was then shared to evaluate problem-solving and business acumen, before moving into an open Q&A session. The format allowed me to showcase both strategic thinking and practical execution skills, while also giving space to ask insightful questions about the role and the company. Overall, it provided a clear view of expectations and a fair opportunity to demonstrate my strengths.
