I interviewed for a Manager role at Visa, which included a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, and virtual onsite with three team members. The recruiter advised me to prepare for behavioral questions tied to Visa’s values, but the interviews focused more on situational and tactical topics and the "themed" panels didn’t follow the structure I was told to expect, making it harder to prepare. The process took over nine weeks, and I didn’t hear back until three weeks after my final interview, despite following up multiple times. I was rejected via email with no feedback. To add to the confusion, the role was reposted the same day raising questions about the decision-making process. Overall, the experience lacked clear communication, alignment, and transparency.
