A group info session starts out the interview, but you can neither see nor hear the other interviewees for cited "privacy concerns." This takes about an hour, during which you are called on to answer a basic comprehension question regarding the information you've just heard. After waiting over an hour, I had a one-on-one interview with the recruiter, which was basic and asked me questions based on answers I provided both in the chat box as requested before the info session, and also in a questionnaire I had to fill out while waiting for my one-on-one. Be forewarned: they will ask you to give a list of friends who you think are ready to work for Vector as a part of this questionnaire and are told if you're not able to provide some names you probably won't be a good fit for the company. This led to some awkward texts to friends later on that evening after the interview, which took about three hours after waiting for the one-on-one.

I had a lot of questions before the interview. There are a lot of mixed reviews online so I was a bit skeptical. I figured going to a job interview would be good experience. There were about 7-8 other people there to be interviewed. The manager met with us two at a time for about 3 minutes each and then 5 were asked to have a 2nd interview, This took about 45 minutes and all my original questions were answered. We answered some more questions on paper and then had a final interview one-on-one. I think 3 of the 5 of us got the job.
