Well he took four of us in a room at a time and kind of talked to all of us about who and what vector/CutCo is then he interview us one by one, It was different from any other interview I've been to but I like it a lot more I felt more comfortable for sure! Then when we were done we went into a second room with the rest of the group and he showed us a demo and explained things a little bit. Afterwards while we were filling out a paper he was having us go out of the room with him one by one, basically asking us hat our strengths and weaknesses are
Then he said he's call us and let us know I we got the job or not and that was it(: like I said it was different but it was fun, I actually enjoyed the interview process.
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.
I was offered the position.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
