The interviewing process took almost 3 hours. You will probably be placed in a shabby office room with other candidates. Our hiring manager gave us paperwork to fill out. After waiting for about ten minutes, he proceeded to call us in one at a time. You are then given a group presentation of the company. Our hiring manager asked us pretty simple questions, "Why is eye contact so important?" and so on. After the presentation, you are then given more paperwork to fill out. You'll probably be asked to give the phone numbers of friends that "might be interested in working at Vector"...After filling out this round of paperwork, we were called in two at a time to see if we got the job. SPOILER ALERT...everyone gets it...no need to worry...
Just make sure you dress professionally and that's about it. At most, you might want to do a little research before the interview to see if you're really interested in the company. It is purely sales.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
