All candidates for the position get asked to a new hire meeting where the representative demonstrates the knives and then asks anyone still interested to say. Afterwards, the candidates get asked into a final meeting where they get asked final interview questions, standard to any job, and then get hired if the team leader recommends them to the district manager of the office.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
