Two hour interview includes quick questioning by branch manager and then a seminar. Basically you just sit in a room til you're called then talk about your resume and they'll either offer you a position or not. The manager basically just saw I had Vanderbilt on my resume and asked me to join the branch.

The interview was short and to the point, I got one interview and got hired. The interview was in person and it was a very smooth process. I got called in the next day to start work
