I came in to a room full of about 30 different people. We did a group activity practicing as if we were selling (in this case we were selling knifes) to potential customers. What really threw me off was the CEO coming out to speak to us but bragging about how he makes 2 million. Not really the type of boss I wanted to work under. Later I learned it was almost like a pyramid scheme and I just could not morally accept that. I ended up accepting the job but quitting two days later.
Had a softball interview where I'm pretty sure everyone got accepted and then we were supposed to do 3 days of unpaid training. Felt like a cult and I left soon thereafter.

They want to get you in there to think it is a legitemate business but really it is just a multi level marketing scheme. They will hire anyone because they only want you for your network
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vector Marketing (Mayaguez, PR) en avr. 2019

Very informal. Softball questions. If you are a competent person this is a breeze of an interview. After you go through the first phase you then are part of a group interview.
