I submitting my resume via snagajob.com. I got a call within the week and schedule an interview for that week. I drove to their main office was interview by one the head manager. They ask about previous sales experience and the familiarity with the company. Then I and another candidate got to see a demonstration on how we would selling the knives and we were asked more questions. Then the one's who passed that went through training. One of the people in training was fired on the spot for voice a complained about our selling methods.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
