I was contacted over the phone after I submitted an application on the website. I was informed of the office's location and told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a form, after answering a bunch of questions about how I discovered Vector and why I'm interested, as well as my background and what I take in college. (This all happened on the same day). The interview was a group interview that was relatively laid-back. It featured suprisingly few questions, but more learning about Cutco and seeing a demonstration of the products.
I then had a private interview with the manager who asked a series of typical interview questions. The process was nothing special, but it seems the managers have autonomy to pick whoever they have a 'good feeling' about. They apparently are allowed to turn down people they don't like for any reason.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
