First, you have to fill out an application.There is a screening process where you're asked questions about your background. You are pre-screened with another person which makes it more relaxed and easier to talk. then an interview where you go over the company, product, and how you're paid. The group setting is very helpful because it is relaxed and easier to interact with people.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
