Entretien
I first made a demo video showing my teaching style. I was then invited to schedule a mock class with a mentor teacher. The mentor discussed the strengths and weaknesses from the lesson. I was soon offered a contract. Some times people will be asked to do a second or third mock class.
Quick and easy. They asked a few questions and then did a demo. After the demo I was able to the. Asked them for more information. I recieved an email saying they’d like to hire me and I accepted the offer.
It takes some preparation but is easy for those who are comfortable in an online teaching environment . Make sure your pronunciation is spot on. Use good classroom management and reinforcement.

The interview process required many stages of interviews and was lengthy and involved several stages and advanced practice and preparation. However, it offered useful preparation for the job overall. Went through the interview process in 2018.
