The process has changed significantly over the years and continues to change. But great support network on facebook, youtube - that can walk you through current process. You must prep a class, must be energetic, have props (alphabet cards, puppets) and have a colorful background. Very thorough process.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
