There are many steps for this job. First you have to submit your resume, then you might get an offer to do a "mock class" which is a short interview with a 10 minute teaching period. After that there are two rounds of "mock classes" which also contain an interview.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.
