The process is extremely laborious. I am an accomplished teacher at my school and got rejected after an interview trial and two mock class demos. They gave absolutely no reason why and no scoring rubric. In the demos, I mostly received extremely positive feedback and very little negative feedback. I bought a headset in order to apply for this job. They will also expect you to buy several props including puppets, flash cards, etc. (with very little promise of being hired). Incredible waste of time and money. Very unprofessional-they do not know how to use proper English. Their demo evaluators will tell you one thing but the videos will tell you something completely different.
