Very relaxing atmosphere, panel interviewees of three, mostly technical questions and some behavioral questions. Got hired on the same day of interview, but had to negotiate with wage.

Very informal process, one interviewer seemed bored so I was surprised at the offer. No real soft skills questions. Phone interview was much better than face to face, but overall one of the easier interviews I've done.
