We get private health insurance, increasing vacation over time (4 weeks typical, but this increases to five weeks if you've worked more than 10 years)
The healthcare plan can be a bit limited.
I'm happy about the benefits package, the only problem with it is that you are allowed to change your health plan every 2 years or so.
There arent many benefits for part time employees. You are given pay in lieu of benefits

Full time contract employee do not receive benefits, sick days, or vacation - just an hourly wage and 4% vacation pay in lieu. This goes for all contracts, no matter how many years length (contracts are typically 1 or 2 years, but can be renewed and you would continue to be without benefits and paid time off). Permanent employees start at 3 weeks vacation and do receive health insurance.
