Applied online and didnt hear back to get an interview until 4+ weeks later which is a bit unusual typically for the interview process. Met with recruiter, hiring manager for background/technical and then panel interview with 3 members for behavioral questions. Be prepared for the panel to be STAR method - lots of "tell me about a time when..." questions about difficulties in the workplace/working with people you have issues with/overcoming things, etc.
