Pre-Recorded Video Interview. Series of typical questions that you have to record your answer. About five to six questions about your various strengths and ability to focus on client satisfaction.

Tell us about a time where you addressed a challenging situation.
Everything having to do with your interview is virtual, except for your drug test! I had 3 total interviews totaling 1 month to complete. The virtual process was telephone and video recording and there was nothing face to face for those people with anxiety issues.

The interviewer asked me to think of an instance where I failed a task. they asked me to state what I would do different if anything.
The interview process was conducted remotely via emails from two different entities, and then a zoom interview with the local office. The process took about a month before I was given a formal offer of employment.

The interview process, what a mess. I made it through all talent acquisition levels (including video interviews) to a hiring manager interview. Instead of an interview date I received a Not Qualified email and my applications were closed. Discriminatory process. This has happened with UHG for 6 years of qualified applications.
