Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez UnitedHealth Group (San Diego, CA) en sept. 2010

I was contacted by a recruiter for a pre-screening interview. He asked why I wanted to work for the company, what kind of salary I would expect, how much experience I had in that particular field and why I thought I should work for them. I was later contacted by another recruiter through email to set up the in-person interview. There were 4 people on the panel and each of them asked me a couple questions. They first asked me to tell them a little about myself, then went into questions about my resume. After that, they began the questions such as: Tell us about a challenging project you worked on and how you handled it, tell us about a time when you had a feeling that something was wrong and how did you handle it, tell us about how you handled customers and a lot of situation-specific questions.

Interview process was lengthy and overall unorganized. Seemed like the hiring manager was too overwhelmed to even set a time to have an interview. After the first interview I withdraw since I realized getting hired on would mean the same for me.

What interested me about working for United Health Group?

Most unprofessional recruiting process I have ever seen in my life. I was contacted by four different people regarding the same position. I responded to each email to set up an interview and got no response. I then was cold called by a different recruiter. I ended up playing telephone tag with this recruiter (who never emailed me to schedule anything) and was told my application was rejected because they "made three attempts to contact me and I did not respond." The irony is that the lead recruiter had forwarded the email I sent with dates and times I was available a couple days prior. Not worth the time or the effort.

1. When are you available for a 60 minute phone interview?
Great overall company can use a better management team I enjoyed the time I was there. Interview was very successful and’s fun at the same time. I would tell exercise about this job and how easy it is to get but hard to keep
