The reached out to me via e-mail to invite me to an open house. Once there, they presented their College of Insurance program where they train you (mine was on line) and pay for you to take the test and get your license. You are lead to believe that you will not be subject to call center restrictions as an agent. They now offer class training that they pay you to attend. After passing my test, I was presented with a job offer at $13.00 per hour plus PFP (this is pay for performance which is just a few dollars per application) I had six weeks of paid training and then began working in a call center. The hiring process is easy. The restrictions of a call center, not so much!
