The interviews were very smooth, from the online virtual interview to the over the phone interview. Everyone that I have interacted with so far has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

What makes you feel like you would be a good fit for the company?
Everything having to do with your interview is virtual, except for your drug test! I had 3 total interviews totaling 1 month to complete. The virtual process was telephone and video recording and there was nothing face to face for those people with anxiety issues.

The interviewer asked me to think of an instance where I failed a task. they asked me to state what I would do different if anything.
The interview process was conducted remotely via emails from two different entities, and then a zoom interview with the local office. The process took about a month before I was given a formal offer of employment.

The interview process, what a mess. I made it through all talent acquisition levels (including video interviews) to a hiring manager interview. Instead of an interview date I received a Not Qualified email and my applications were closed. Discriminatory process. This has happened with UHG for 6 years of qualified applications.
