I sent in an application on my school's job site. I was contacted a few weeks later for an on-campus interview. The interview was very basic and conversational. No technical questions. Then, 3 weeks after interviewing, they contacted me inviting me to their Minneapolis campus to tour the facility. There, I completed a speed round of interviews with different managers. A week later, I received a call offering me the job.

Easy, Behavioral for undergrad. 0 technical questions at all, i barely prepared for it and just memorized my simple behavioral questions and answers. Grind your behavioral as a undergrad and you will get the job.
