The interview was NOT easy.... they are now doing behavioral interviews with open-ended questions about a hypothetical scenario and how you would react. The questions had nothing to do with the job I would be doing, and were more appropriate for a retail environment, which knocked me for a loop and probably cost me the job.

Interview process was by phone and video interview. Typical interview questions. Interviewer was very kind and informative about the position. Interview lasted around one hour by phone. First interview was by video which included 5 questions that needed to be recorded.

A lot of questions, briefly share your experiences and then listen to the interviewer discuss the role and responsibilities. I received an offer hours after the interview. It is more so discussion based, the questions are pretty straight forward.

How do your past experiences fit into this role? Why do you want to pursue this role?
I was emailed for an interview with the recruiter. I set up the time, I received a confirmation and a reminder email. I logged in to the interview and waited... and waited. After 20 minutes, I logged out and promptly emailed the recruiter requesting her to set up another time at her convenience. Instead, I received an email days later telling me they are looking at people more qualified.
