The whole "on-site" interview process at Lewin was quite extensive starting from 9am to about 2pm (Granted this was the result of 3 different phone interviews with multiple people in the organization as well). The interview process started with a 45 minute written assessment and then broke up into 3 hour-long interviews throughout the day with lunch included with people who would work at the same level as you. While this whole process seems exhausting, honestly it helped me garner and appreciate the wide spectrum of work they do with multiple difference stakeholders in the healthcare field. I have yet to hear back from them about a decision but as far as interview processes go ... they're one of the thorough ones.
