Interview process consisted of an aptitude assessment and a one-way interview through Hirevue, that is just yourself talking to an AI with questions that are timed. I did not receive an opportunity to take the interview through Hirevue as there was technical problems. Hirevue was unable to assist me, so I tried to see if I could contact someone at UHG. There was no way for me to get in contact with someone from UHG to see if there was an alternative method to conduct the interview. Due to the e-mail that contained information about the interview did not have any contact information to reach out to someone at their company. The fact that a Fortune company took the lazy way out instead of having recruiters contact prospective employees for interviews via phone or through video speaks volumes.

applied online. Contacted for overview of position. Contacted again for phone interview. Last step was interview in person. After offered position had to do a drug test and background check.

I applied on Tuesday and got a phone interview on Friday . They scheduled me for a face to face interview that following Tuesday . Overall a quick process . They called me the following day to tell me I was a back up . Jnxase the other first round picks didn't pass their background or didn't show up then they would go with me . I was already a bit upset when they told me that . I later received a strange email I called the recruiter to ask him if the email was legitamet and he was no help . He just said he didn't know but it must be legit if I got it from some where but he wasn't too sure he couldn't say yes or no. I did not proceed to do the back ground or the drug test . Just a waste of my time .
