Applied for the Customer Care Data Entry position. Received a call mid March from a recruiter about a Customer Service position, and was told the job is the same as the data entry position . Answered a few questions about my work history. Completed a one-way video interview, and after received a job offer.

Everything having to do with your interview is virtual, except for your drug test! I had 3 total interviews totaling 1 month to complete. The virtual process was telephone and video recording and there was nothing face to face for those people with anxiety issues.

The interviewer asked me to think of an instance where I failed a task. they asked me to state what I would do different if anything.
The interview process was conducted remotely via emails from two different entities, and then a zoom interview with the local office. The process took about a month before I was given a formal offer of employment.

The interview process, what a mess. I made it through all talent acquisition levels (including video interviews) to a hiring manager interview. Instead of an interview date I received a Not Qualified email and my applications were closed. Discriminatory process. This has happened with UHG for 6 years of qualified applications.
