I applied online, two weeks later an HR person called me. She told me very little about the job, basically explained salary and location, then setup a time for them to call me back and do a phone interview.
The phone interview was 30 minutes long and was very easy. The caller asked me questions about my work history and some questions regarding how well I can use Windows based operating systems. ("Are you comfortable navigating with more than 1 tab open in a browser?")
At the end of the phone interview he scheduled me for an in-person interview, two days from then.
I showed up at the interview and met with two upper-management supervisors. The interview was easy, took about 30 minutes. Basic questions were asked. One of my questions that I had regarding hours and scheduling was answered in a very vague and ominous manner, which was a bad sign, and I eventually found out why.
The following day they called me back and pressured me into accepting the job ASAP, so I did. Then the very next day I took their drug test and starting working 1 week later in a training class everyone goes through.

Take an online assessment while applying. The results of a passing score will allow candidate to set up the next on-site assessment to be taken. My scores passes at that time, the recruiter setup another interview wit me to be interviewing for the position. For me, I had last minute emergency and was not able to finish my hire up to here.
