It lacking, hiring manager did not show. I interviewed with a supervisor who seemed bored and at best uninterested. The person interviewing seemed to barely look at my resume. I was called for a different job opportunity and was told flatly I was not considered for the one for which I actually interviewed. Later I found out I was just filling a "business need" slot.

I applied for the role as I saw it on LinkedIn. Within a few days I was invited to do an “interview” which consisted on me reading questions on their screen and recording my answer and submitting for review. After this process I was invited to interview with the manager of the role. He was kind and very informative with regards to the role. I thought I did great and we connected we with regards to what’s needed for this position.
